Mentor Schools - CLOSED - Friday, January 18

Good evening. This is a message from Mentor Public Schools. The district will be closed for in-person learning tomorrow, Friday, January 19, due to the weather forecast, but students should report to their classes online via zoom with their teachers. The online learning schedule has been emailed to parents and guardians.

Mentor is currently included in a Winter Storm Warning issued by the National Weather Service from 1:00 a.m. Friday through 10:00 p.m. Saturday calling for the potential of 8-12 inches of snow. While the snow has not started falling yet, we are concerned about what this could mean for the morning and afternoon bus routes.

Our classified staff need not report to in-person work tomorrow unless you are notified otherwise by your immediate supervisor.
