Reminder: Remote Day on Friday September 22, 2023

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are writing to remind you of this message we sent last May. Our school calendar this year includes two added remote learning days for all students. These will be on Friday September 22, 2023 and Friday, February 16, 2024. Our staff will be reporting to work on these days for professional development at all levels of instruction, examples include math and ELA topics.

On the remote learning days, students in Grades PreK - 12 will remain home for those days and learn asynchronously. This means that assignments will be posted in Schoology (Gr. 4-12), or Seesaw (Gr. K-3) by their teacher for them to complete. Teachers would not be meeting with students via Zoom (virtually). These days will be district/building directed (in-service days).
