Courtney Fellows (room 114)

As a dedicated Special Education Teacher, I am passionate about creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where all students can thrive. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education, a Special Education license, and Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism. With this background, I strive to meet each student's unique needs while fostering independence, confidence, and growth. It is important to always celebrate the little moments! Outside of the classroom, I enjoy being outdoors, photography, traveling, and creating new memories.

Allison Flach (room 115)

Allison Flach has been an Intervention Specialist at CARES since 2023. Allison teaches high school and has taught both a vocational classroom as well as an independent living classroom while at CARES. Allison originally got a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mount Union College, but later added Intervention Specialist onto her teaching license. Allison says her favorite part of her job is seeing how much progress her students make over a school year. Outside of CARES, Allison enjoys spending time with her two sons, going to musicals and concerts, listening to audiobooks, and playing card games.

Kevin Burkett (room 118)

Hello! My name is Mr. Kevin! I have worked at CARES since 2020 as a High School Intervention Specialist in ELA, Social Studies, and Independent Living. I graduated from Walsh University in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Education. In my spare time, I very much enjoy watching sports, especially anything Cleveland related! I am so thankful because being in this field has been truly rewarding and I am so grateful to work with such an amazing and unique population of students!
